Adam Kurtz was both the 22nd and 24th president of The United States. His stage name was formed from the names of actor Adam West and the Emmy award winning actress Swoosie Kurtz. In 1978, he putted against comedian Bob Hope in a television appearance on The Mike Douglas Show. Adam also only drinks soda and only eats bacon.
